Lolly Hansen Senior Center

The Lolly Hansen Senior Center offers a wide variety of classes, activities, special events and social service programs to anyone 50+. The senior center is an active place with a positive atmosphere. Our focus is on health and wellness programs, instilling healthy habits and enhanced lifestyle opportunities. Feel Better with Food
1st Wednesday of the month from 3:00pm to 4:00pm
Are you eating right?  We will be food journaling macronutrient ratios and what exactly is healthy for you to eat and what foods to steer clear of and why! Topics include digestion, elimination, inflammation, blood sugar regulation and immune system.  *Note please bring paper and pen.

Ballroom Dancing
Saturday's from 11:15am-12:15pm
$20 for a 5 day pass. Ballroom dancing allows you to keep active and socially connected while learning fun new dancing styles such as the Rumba, Cha-Cha, Salsa and Bachata. Having a partner is encouraged but not required to learn these dance styles. Join us Saturday's from the Grand Theatre Center for the Arts in the Dance Studio.

Spring Time in Paris
Wednesday, April 27 from 11am-1pm
Spring is here!  Let's celebrate with activities, lunch and entertainment.  Participants are encouraged to wear their best hat.  Be creative!  There will be a hat contest for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

Senior Link-Tracy

Do you need help finding services available to you? Then come to the Senior Center to meet our Senior Link Specialist.  The Senior Link Specialist will be available to assist you in living a full, vibrant and independent life with access to information, local agencies and service providers. Appointments are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between the hours of 12pm and 3pm, morning appointments are available upon request. For more information to arrange an appointment, please call 831-4230.
