The Recreation Division offers a variety of enrichment programs for teens in the areas of Safety, Special Interest, On-Campus programs and Summer Day Camps. These programs provide a safe, fun, and structured atmosphere that fosters human development and education. Olympic Tae Kwon Do MMA-Teens:
Tae Kwon Do is a Korean Martial Art that has evolved by combining many different styles such as linear movements of Karate, the flowing circular patterns of Kung Fu and native Kickboxing techniques. We have incorporate MMA techniques of Muay Tai and Jujitsu to our curriculum. Your child will learn the values of respect, confidence and discipline. We will address how to deal with strangers and bullies with Black Belt as our goal.

You Are What You Eat:
This class will give nutritional knowledge to understand what your body is doing with the good and bad food that you consume. Whether you want to just eat better or feel better. This is not dieting. we will discuss food sensitivities and autoimmune discussion.
Classes are 5 week session starting January 2016 and ending May 2016

That's right... we want to be where the teens are. Monday through Friday, we are bringing fun to the students at the Williams Middle School campus. The program contains tutoring, art elements, physical fitness, video games and more.
