Recreation & Programs
The Tracy Recreation Division offers a variety of activities for preschoolers, children, teens, and adults. Class offerings are listed in the seasonal Activity Guide. You may also view and register for classes online on the former website www.tracyartsandrec.com. For Family ID and Password, please call (209) 831-6200.
If you would like to offer a class with the Tracy Parks and Community Services, please read the Contractor Handbook and Proposal Form and submit by the season's respective due date. We are always looking for instructors to teach classes for youth and adults in science and math, arts and crafts, sports and fitness, and special interest.
The Activity Guide is mailed to our past participants. We also have copies available at the City Hall, Tracy Library, Lolly Hansen Senior Center, Grand Theatre Center for the Arts and satellite recreation facilities and various locations around Tracy. Get an ultra-lean and intensively defined physique without bulking up and straining your joints. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength and great stability. PiYo Strength is a hybrid athletic workout that combines the mind and body practices of Yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretching, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. PiYo gives you hard-core definition, intense calorie burn, and overall strength without weights, jumps and without destroying your body.

Future Stars Tennis Lessons: Teens & Adults
Future Stars 2000 is a year-round Northern California tennis training program involving tournaments, leagues and social events. We provide the opportunity to learn the fundamentals and enjoy the game of tennis through these fun 4-week lessons.

Engineering FUNdamentals: Minecraft, Build Using LEGO
Bring Minecraft to life using LEGO! Build a motorized walking Creeper, a terrifying Ghast, and a motorized Minecart! This project-based camp, designed by Play-Well instructors, combines the basic format of our core engineering-themed programs based on the world on Minecraft. Students will explore real-world concepts in physics, engineering, and architecture while building their favorite Minecraft objects. Students will have a blast, even without any prior experience with Minecraft or LEGO.
