Measure V Funding Priority Survey

On November 8, 2016, voters approved a local half-cent sales tax measure, Measure V. With the passage of Measure V, Tracy's current sales tax rate is now 7.75%. Measure V will generate approximately $7-million annually, and roughly $140 million over the course of its 20-year life span. Measure V will give the City the ability to augment services and provide funding for amenities/programs that have gone previously unfunded. However, even with our new capacity, there are still difficult decisions to make because Measure V can't do everything!

Staff is outreaching to various community groups to gather feedback on how Measure V funding should be prioritized. We would like your feedback in terms of which areas you would like to see bolstered. It can be services, capital improvements, maintenance, amenities, or any area you choose. Please complete the following Measure V Survey to share your thoughts! The feedback and date collected (via surveys) will be presented before the City Council in April as part of the annual budget process.

This survey will close on Sunday, April 30, 2017.

Corral Hollow Widening and Sewer Upgrade Project

In order to relieve traffic congestion on one of Tracy’s major thoroughfares, the City of Tracy will be widening a stretch Corral Hollow Road between Grant Line Road and Byron Road, from four lanes to six lanes starting this May. The project also includes an upgrade of existing sanitary sewer pipelines between Fieldview Drive and I-205.

View the Corral Hollow Widening and Sewer Upgrade project webpage for more information including project scope, timeline, and anticipated traffic impacts.
